Botox- Accutane - Retinol- Prescription Skin Care

It is the responsibility of the client to disclose the use of any Botox, Accutane, retinol, or other prescription skin care. The esthetician will determine what services, if any, are able to be preformed in combination with any of the above product.

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding

We happily accommodate our pregnant and breast feeding mothers. Please disclose to your esthetician if any accommodations are needed.

Allergies

We can accommodate most allergies- please reach out to 774-991-2230 to schedule a patch test 48 hours before your service if any allergies are a concern. This would include any food allergies as well as cosmetic allergies.

Rescheduling - No Show - Late Cancelations

We understand life happens and rescheduling can be necessary however we do need to enforce a few policies.

Rescheduling of the same appointment (an appointment that has been made and not preformed) 3 or more times will result in the appointments no longer being taken.

Cancelations within 24 hours will require payment of 20% the original service price.

A “ no show” appointment will result payment of 50% of the original service price.
